The leap year rule of the Gregorian calendar is that leap year occur
when year is exactly divisible by four, except years ending in 00 must be exactly divisible by 400 to be leap years. 1600, 2000 and 2400 are leap years; 1700, 1800, 1900, 2100 are not.
